How to pay by bank transfer

No card? You can pay for a sponsored spot on CraftRank with a bank transfer from anywhere in the world. Pick a package on your Panel → Promote, choose Bank transfer, and your payment page shows the exact amount, our account details and your personal reference code. This guide explains the rest.

1. Why we take bank transfers

CraftRank is run by a small independent team based in Turkey. The big card processors such as Stripe and PayPal do not serve sellers in Turkey, and the platforms that do usually turn down small advertising sites like ours or take a large cut of every sale.

So we keep it simple and take payment straight into our bank account. This has a few upsides for you:

  • Lower prices. No payment company takes a share, so we do not have to add their fees to the package price.
  • Your card stays with you. You never type card details on our site or on a third-party checkout; you pay from your own bank or Wise/Revolut account.
  • Works from almost anywhere. With Wise or Revolut a transfer to Turkey costs a few percent and usually arrives the same day.

Every payment is matched to your order by its reference code and checked by a person, and the 48-hour full refund applies just like with any other payment. If we add card payments later, you will see them as an option on the Promote page.

For small amounts like a sponsored spot, Wise or Revolut is by far the cheapest way to pay from abroad. Both are free to join and work in most countries.

3. The reference code is important

Every order has its own code, like CR1A2B3C. Write it in the description / reference / note field of your transfer, with nothing else if possible. It is how we match your money to your order. Without it, finding your payment can take much longer.

4. From Turkey (havale / EFT)

  1. Open your bank's app and choose Para Transferi → IBAN'a.
  2. Copy the IBAN and the recipient name from your payment page.
  3. Enter the amount in TRY shown on the payment page.
  4. Write your reference code in Açıklama and send. FAST transfers arrive within minutes, 24/7.

5. From abroad with Wise

  1. Sign in at wise.com or in the Wise app and tap Send.
  2. Choose the currency the recipient gets: TRY – Turkish lira. Enter the TRY amount from your payment page in the Recipient gets field, so the exact amount arrives. Wise shows what it costs in your currency.
  3. Choose Someone else and add a new recipient with our name and IBAN (both on your payment page). Wise may ask for the recipient's email; you can skip it.
  4. Put your reference code in the Reference field.
  5. Pay with your card, Apple/Google Pay or a bank transfer to Wise. You get an email when the money is delivered.

6. From abroad with Revolut

  1. In the Revolut app tap Payments → Send → New → Bank recipient.
  2. Choose Turkey and currency TRY, then enter our name and IBAN from your payment page.
  3. Enter the TRY amount from your payment page and your reference code in the Reference field.
  4. Confirm. Most transfers arrive the same day.

7. From abroad with your own bank (SWIFT)

  1. In your online banking choose International transfer, SWIFT payment or Foreign payment.
  2. Enter the beneficiary name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code, bank name and bank address from your payment page. If your payment page shows a USD or EUR account, send that currency to it; otherwise send TRY if your bank allows it.
  3. For who pays the fees, choose OUR (you pay all fees). With SHA or BEN the banks in between take their fees from the amount and less arrives; we can only start your spot when the full amount is in.
  4. Write your reference code in the payment reference and send. It usually takes 1–5 working days.

8. After you send it

Go back to your payment page and press I have sent the money (adding the sender name helps). We check the account and start your spot as soon as the money is in, usually within a few hours on working days. You will see the spot running on your Promote page.

9. Questions

The amount is in TRY but I pay in dollars or euros. How much is that? Wise and Revolut show the exact cost in your currency before you pay. The TRY amount on your payment page is calculated from the package price at today's exchange rate.

A little less arrived because of fees. What now? We will contact you; you can send the difference with the same reference code.

Can I get a refund? Yes, the Refund Policy applies the same way. Bank transfer refunds go back to the account the money came from.

I would rather pay by card. If card payments are offered, you can choose them on the Promote page instead.
