Скачай .jar-файл с Hangar и положи его в папку plugins на сервере.
Перезапусти сервер. Не используй /reload, многие плагины плохо это переносят.
Введи /plugins в консоли: BungeeTP должен быть зелёным. Файлы настроек создаются в папке plugins при первом запуске.
