Odd sizes have a single centre block, even sizes a centre of 2×2. The marked lines are every 5 blocks; hover a block to see its position.
Building it
Start in the middle of one side and count the blocks of each row from the plan, then copy it to the other quarters: a circle is the same in all four. For a dome or sphere, build circles that get smaller as you go up.
